Known Issue: Creating New Projects

If you were on T-PEN this morning, you may have noticed multiple problems with performance. After a complete reboot, we believe we have resolved most of this issues, but one item remains for now. When creating a new project, the site seems to hang for a long time and eventually rests on a simple blue screen with the T-PEN logo in the bottom right.

With apologies, our initial look has indicated that we may not be able to restore the ability to create new projects for several days. Current projects are not impacted by this issue and no user entered data is at risk. We will update this article with any new information about this issue.

The "Contact Us" link in the page footer may be used if you have any additional problems you believe are related to this issue.
